Fee Increase:

Starting November 1, 2024, we will be making a small adjustment to the fees for some of our services. This change is due to the rising costs associated with labor, inflation, and operations. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support of our amazing team as we work together to care for your wellness.

Athletic Therapists work in a variety of settings, however due to their strength in immediate care, are most recognized for their on-field work. General Relaxation / Deep tissue massage is used to relieve muscle knots and adhesions that can disrupt circulation, cause pain, and limit the body's range of motion. The focus of this treatment is to help reduce stress and tension as well as help with chronic muscle pain and reduce joint inflammation in a calming and relaxing treatment environment. This treatment is slower than sports massage and you may experience some minor soreness after your first session but the benefits are long-lasting with repeated maintenance.

Unlike typical Massage Therapy, sports/injury rehabilitative massage aims to improve overall function and enhance the performance of daily general activities, gym-goers and athletes alike. Sports massage combines stretching and muscle activation techniques as well as modalities to engage your muscles actively for long-lasting relief and therapeutic effect to rehabilitate strained or injured muscles and ligaments. Similar to deep tissue massage, soreness is expected post-treatment, but the next morning will make you feel ready to take on the world!
